How it’s done
1. Approximately one hour before casting, heat some water and place in peppermint, passionflower, and lime leaves.
2. Let it boil for 3 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon clockwise.

4. Find a table and chair where you can sit and be comfortable.
5. Place the candle on your right side.
6. Put the infusion of herbs you just made in a white ceramic cup and place it on your left.
