  • Desires are the main culprits of human dissatisfaction. Everyone has a wish. Someone wishes for a car, a disease-free life, or lots of money. For fulfilment of these wishes, jinni or jinns are found to be the most common creatures.

Jinns are supernatural entities associated with magic and boons. They can either be male or female.

Female jinns, or jiniri, are found to be more associated with the fulfilment of wishes. Incidences of a person getting whatever they want from the jiniri have been heard. The wish maker, a female jinn, can grant the wish in return of a sacrifice or a deal. It is said that when someone wishes for something from a female jinn, that person sacrifices a part of their core, which is their soul, to the jinn. By sacrificing the soul, that person becomes more susceptive to that female jinn’s possession.

Silas, or the detested female jinn, is said to twist the words of the person’s wishes and gain benefit from them. They can cause harm to the wish maker’s life or maybe threaten him or her with dire consequences.

Female jinns are considered magical creatures. They are known to make things appear out of thin air. The things these female jinns grant are abundant. Longevity, beauty, money, and knowledge—everything is a cup of tea for them. But everything has a cost. It is said that if the wish is not said or phrased correctly, it can backfire on the wish maker.

Female jinns, with the fulfilment of wishes, influence the person to carry out their specific task. Those tasks may not be normal or even possible for a person to do. Many reported cases of death are present if the wish maker is unable to give their part of the deal. Wishing from a female jinn can be dangerous, so it is forbidden.

Many female jinns are genuinely angels. They fulfil the wishes of people if they are happy. They also act as guardian angels. They don’t ask for anything in return, they just help out humans. It is also found that female jinns are associated with family history. One female jinn can be a friend to more than one generation in the family. Those families are found to be wealthy and prosper nicely. Those families usually provide some food and water or perform some rituals to please these female jinns.

It is said in Islam that it is taboo to wish a jinn for personal benefits. They are found to lead the devotees astray in the name of the fulfilment of wishes. Manypirgurus (religious gurus) suggest never asking for anything from a jinn. They advise people to not contact them by any means due to the harmful effects it can have on a person’s life.

In this world of selfishness, even jinns are bound to gain some benefits from humans. Hence, it is better if humans understood their limits and stopped trying to overexploit them.
